Raleigh, N.C. — Legislation filed Tuesday in the North Carolina House would require "sex-specific" teams be designated at middle and high schools, with a person's gender determination based "solely on a person's reproductive biology and genetics at birth."
House Bill 358, called the "Save Women's Sports Act," could restrict participation of transgender student-athletes.
