General sample message (longer version):

Hello!

I'm a concerned constituent reaching out about H606, A bill that would impact gender affirming care for transgender North Carolinians.

H606 is yet another unjustified attempt to single out and intimidate gender affirming health care and trans health care providers of this care. This medical care is essential to the health and well-being of transgender people. Any attempts to intimidate providers from providing this care put the health and well-being of transgender people at risk.

No other type of health care is singled out and treated differently in our medical malpractice statutes. There is no medical reason to single out gender affirming health care in this way. All North Carolinians deserve access to care, regardless of their identities.
