We are proud and excited to announce our 2022 Equality NC Gala will be held on August 27, 2022 at Bay 7 in Durham!

We are overjoyed that for the first time in three years we will be celebrating in person! But most importantly, we are thrilled to celebrate our beautifully resilient communities.

Resilience is a word that many of us wish we did not have to understand. It is a word that reminds us that being us is a challenge. It is not to be ourselves, rather, it is a challenge to exist in a world that demands a stodgy conformity while also refusing to extend us justice. However, our communities have stood resolute and have continued to blossom despite the challenges that these last three years have brought.

We welcome you to come and celebrate with us for a night that showcases our Beautiful Resilience.

We do not just endure. We flower, we shine, we grow, we push forward! 

Throughout North Carolina our work is your work, and together we are seeing justice bloom amidst every challenge. We celebrate with you, knowing that our beauty welcomes everyone.
