Information for Table Captains & Table Sponsors
If you'd like to be a table captain or table sponsor for the 2012 Equality Gala, please sign up today to show off your community!
It's easy to do. Simply contact Josh at firstname.lastname@example.org or 919.829.0343 x 112 to let him know you'd like to be a table captain for the 2012 Equality Gala. He'll add your name to the list of table captains at our online registration site, then all you'll have to do is recruit nine friends to join you at your table. When they go online to register for the gala, they'll just need to register under your name.
Alternatively, you can pay $1,600 for nine friends to join you at a reserved table for ten (or $1,900 from November 4 through close of registration on November 10) and you'll receive a generous tax break!
As a table captain or table sponsor, you will be acknowledged on our website and in all publications including the program guide, and you will also be acknowledged from the podium at the gala presentation.
This year's gala admission fees are $160 for individuals ($190 from November 4 through close of registration on November 10), $80 for students ($95 from November 4 through close of registration on November 10), and $90 for people with income challenges ($100 from November 4 through close of registration on November 10). Registration is complimentary for each person who has made gifts totaling $1,200 or more to Equality NC and Equality NC Foundation during calendar year 2012.
Sorry, but no refunds on table sponsorships.
