More than anything, we want you to be comfortable and we don't want you spending extra money on tuxes and gowns, so casual dress for the conference and business casual for the gala are completely appropriate. We also love to see folks wearing our colors and shiny things at the gala. Think of the Equality Gala as the People's Gala and you're there!
